Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Proposal. PERFORMANCE BOND AND LABOR Bond required - the successful contractor shall AND MATERIAL PAYMENT BOND provide a Performance Bond & Labor & Material Payment Bond. Work required by the proposed contract shall begin upon issuance of the NOTICE TO PROCEED. Work must be completed on or before the date listed as Substantial Completion. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid which, in the Owner's judgment, is in the Owner's best interests.
