The NYS Office of Mental Health and Bronx Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Boilers and Ancillary Equipment at Bronx Psychiatric Center located at 1500 Waters Pl, Bronx, NY 10461. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. All written questions regarding this solicitation must be sent to Nate Wise via e-mail only. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, December 10, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on December 17, 2024. Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at: MBE - 16%; WBE - 14%. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SVDOB) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at 6% New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract.
