Replacement of a 15-Ton Split System at the St. John of God Community Services Project Deadline for submission of bidder questions to Bach Associates is November 20, 2024 4:00 PM. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by St. John of God Community Services in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 of the amount bid, in accordance with N.1.5.A. 18A:18A- 24, naming as payee or obligee, as applicable, St. John of God Community Services to be applied in the event that the bidder would default on the bid or in providing the required bonds and insurance certificates. Any such bid bond shall be without endorsement or conditions. Bid shall also be accompanied by a certificate letter from a surety company stating that it will provide the bidder with the completion bond. Documentation of such solicitations and commitments shall be submitted concurrently with the bid. The award of the contract shall be made subject to the necessary moneys to do the work being provided by St. John of God Community Services in a lawful manner. The contract to be executed by the successful bidder will provide that it shall not become effective until the necessary moneys to do the work have been provided by St. John of God Community Services in a lawful manner. St. John of God Community Services reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, during which time no bids may be withdrawn, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality and make such awards or take action as may be in the best interest of St. John of God Community Services. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, or to make awards to such bidder or bidders who, in the judgment of St. John of God Community Services, is the lowest responsible bidder and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.
