The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials to construct 9,801 linear feet of 8-inch PVC SDR 21 restrained greenline sewer main, 24 standard manholes, 116.14 additional feet of manhole, 9 shallow manholes, 28.6 vertical feet of drop manhole, 2,784 linear feet of 4-inch PVC SCH. 40 sewer service line, 27 4-inch x 8- inch sewer wyes, treatment area gravel access road and gravel surfacing, approximately 1700 cubic yards of fill, a fiberglass triplex lift station, (2) 7,500 gpd packaged trickling filter, 15,000 gallon single compartment fiberglass septic tank, 15,000 gallon duel compartment fiberglass septic tank with lift station, onsite generator with concrete pad, (2) 1000 gallon propane tank with concrete pad, stripping and grubbing of 11 acres at the holding pond, 51,560 cubic yards of excavation, 279,9650 square feet of 12-inch clay liner, 5 acre of soil prep and seeding, 2,826 linear feet of lagoon fencing w/signs and rolling gate, 7,768 cubic yards of rock rip-rap, lagoon inlet manhole, 70 linear feet of 10-inch ductile iron pipe with epoxy coating, outlet flow control structure, 1,635 cubic yards of holding pond access road development, 160 cubic yards for holding pond access road, 6- inch thick gravel surface and other related site work, fittings and appurtenances for the sewer main collection, treatment area with fiberglass lift stations and packaged trickling filters, and holding pond on the Fort Berthold Reservation.
