Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond/security deposit or certified check in an amount equal to 5% of the bid, payable to Oktibbeha County as bid security. A performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the accepted bid along with a certificate of insurance with the limits depicted by the proposal is required.
