Construct plant flow diversion system, including replacement of existing plant lift station pumps, plant yard piping modifications, and piping modifications at the offsite Central Lift Station location. 2. Activate the plant flow diversion system and de-activate WWTP No. 1 and No. 2. 3. Remove existing water and solids from the interior of WWTP No. 1 and No. 2. 4. Pressure wash tank interiors and identify scope of necessary repairs. 5. Complete repairs and paint plant interiors. 6. De-activate the plant flow diversion system and re-activate WWTP No. 1 and No. 2 The contract bid documents will provide for a base bid, with one additive alternate.
