The scope of services includes the construction of approximately 45 linear feet of Cast in Place (CIP) concrete retaining walls on the southeast side of the public library adjacent to Green Oaks Blvd. The wall heights ranging from 2 to 9 feet are planned. Question Cut Off Date: 3/6/2025 07:00:00 PM (CT) Description of Work For and in consideration of the payment, agreements and conditions hereinafter mentioned, Contractor hereby agrees to complete the project in the City of Arlington, Texas, described as: Ron Wright Lake Arlington Branch Library – Site Improvements City of Arlington Project Number 25-0183 & PJ000180 Contractor agrees to complete this construction under the terms as stated in this contract, as published by the City of Arlington Construction Management Division; each publication incorporated herein as if written word for word, and available from the City of Arlington Construction Management Division for review upon request. The work is to be performed in a good and workmanlike manner and under the terms of the provisions of this contract. Contractor hereby agrees to furnish all superintendence, labor, insurance, equipment, tools accessories and services necessary to complete the work. Any alteration or deviation from this contract, including any attachments or other related documents, shall only be valid after written authorization from the Owner.
