East Allen County Schools (EACS) is requesting bids for Lawn Care and Grounds Maintenance Services from qualified and experienced Lawn Care companies, to provide EACS with a lawn care and Grounds Maintenance program that would include performing mowing, weeding, weed control, landscaping and fall/spring clean-up to general grounds as required for the district. Bids are to be submitted to East Allen County Schools, c/o Mr. Chris Baker, Director of Facilities. Bids can be hand delivered, mailed or email. Note, that if the successful contractor emails their quote, they will need to produce original quote documents prior to award of work. Said bids shall include all labor, material and service necessary to complete the above project in strict accordance with the RFP documents as prepared by East Allen County Schools. East Allen County Schools reserves the right to: 1. Waive formalities and technicalities 2. Award the contract to the vendor(s) who in the School District s opinion is the most responsive and responsible and will perform in the best interest of East Allen County Schools.
