The bond shall be on the form bound in the Project Manual, (or in lieu of a bond, a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Revised Code. The amount of the certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit shall be equal to 10% of the bid. Contractors and subcontractors for this project shall comply with all requirements of the Ohio Civil Rights Act, and shall, if requested by governing bodies, supply all reports or other information requested by them.
