Replacement of the existing apparatus bay doors at Fire Station 47. The existing doors have been in operation for over 20 years and are used daily. The existing doors have been failing and are requiring a great deal of maintenance to keep them operational. This project is included in the city's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of October 23, 2025, per the owner, this project has not yet been initiated. No architect, general contractor, or construction start date has been determined.
