The City of Chester is seeking sealed bids from licensed contractors for the demolition and land clearance of fourteen (14) condemned residential structures. Interested bidders must submit their sealed bid which should include itemized costs for each structure as well as a grand total for all work. Winning bidder must be licensed and insured to demolish properties, including asbestos abatement, and obtain a City of Chester Business License before work is to commence.
