The proposed force main will parallel the existing 14-inch diameter ductile iron pipe from the existing station into the center of the westbound lane of Willow Highway and discharged into manhole, MH-2990. This Schedule includes miscellaneous minor road and sidewalk/pathway repairs, installation of new non-motorized pathway, and detour routes for maintaining traffic along Willow Highway. o Schedule B - Willow Lift Station Upgrades will consist of improvements to the existing Willow Highway sanitary lift station including removal/replacement of the existing onsite diesel generator, removal/replacement of the existing electrical equipment and pump controls, valve, piping, and meter addition, as well as building modifications to accommodate the proposed work. Schedule B also includes miscellaneous site clearing, grading, and pavement work. o Schedule C - Pepper Ridge Force Main Addition work will consist of hydraulic analysis/ modifications of the Pepper Ridge Lift Station; located at 8128 Redwood Blvd, Lansing, MI; and approximately 1,900 feet of new force main from the Lift Station to the existing Manhole 744, an 8-inch gravity sewer east of I-69/I-96 along Willow Hwy. The construction of the force main will be installed primarily via horizontal directional drill and open trench methods. Additional Description: The project will be financed through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and requirements for Davis- Bacon wage rates will apply, as well as other federally funded project requirements identified within the executed ARPA agreement.
