The City of Dallas is seeking to establish a service agreement for the roofing repairs on the storage facility located at Dallas Executive Airport for the City of Dallas - Department of Aviation (DOA). Questions Due Date: Nov 8th 2024, 9:30 AM CST The 18-month contract term shall commence upon the approval of award by the City of Dallas. DOA anticipate start date of 11/01/2024. The city reserves the right to award by the method deemed most advantageous to the City. The agreement will commence with the signing of contracts by the successful proposer and the City of Dallas. SCOPE OF WORK Remove and dispose of existing roof membrane and insulation of the storage facility. Repair any holes, cracks, or defects with sealant and ensure all contaminants are removed. Remove damages deck panels and replace with new panels matching the existing style. Install new insulation and coverboards to the surface of the roof. Install new roof membrane and flashing onto entire roof. Replace damaged and rotted vent louvers on roof to prevent water from penetrating.
