One (1) hard copy, marked "ORIGINAL" and one (1) USB in PDF format. The original document must be submitted with a Cover Page containing the information listed in the Submission Outline/Checklist, under the Submission Cover Page. The complete response must be sealed in an appropriately sized envelope or box for delivery to the Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1, per instructions.
