The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond, payment Bond, and other documents may be examined at the office of Civil Group, LLC at 919 East Avalon Avenue, Suite B, Muscle Shoals, Alabama 35661. All bids must be submitted on bid forms provided by the Franklin County Water Service Authority through its Engineer. Bids must be submitted to the Franklin County Water Service Authority in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for Water Tank and Water Booster Station". The Bidder's name and address shall appear on the outside of the sealed bid; and the Bidder's General Contractor's License Number and Expiration Date shall be listed on the outside of the sealed bid. The Franklin County Water Service Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment to be observed, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
