Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier s check or bid bond equal in an amount not less than 2% of the bid, payable to the order of The County of Wagoner, as a proposal guaranty. Proposal checks will be held or returned by the County. The bidder must use the provided bid forms and affidavits, and all forms must be signed and notarized/attested. The bidder must file the bid in a sealed envelope. All bids must be typewritten or in Ink. One (1) copy addressed to the County will be submitted, and that copy must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope Bid#2025-05 Okay Porter Road with the name of the bidding vendor and identified as follows: SEALED BID# 25-05 FOR ANCHOR ROAD ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION, WAGONER COUNTY .
