Roadway reconstruction of Okay Porter (Anchor Road) for 3.57 Miles The Wagoner County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed bids for Roadway reconstruction of Okay Porter (Anchor Road) for 3.57 miles. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier s check or bid bond equal in an amount not less than 2% of the bid, payable to the order of The County of Wagoner, as a proposal guaranty. Proposal checks will be held or returned by the County. The bidder must use the provided bid forms and affidavits, and all forms must be signed and notarized/attested. The bidder must file the bid in a sealed envelope. All bids must be typewritten or in Ink. One (1) copy addressed to the County will be submitted, and that copy must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope Bid#2025-05 Okay Porter Road with the name of the bidding vendor and identified as follows: SEALED BID# 25-05 FOR ANCHOR ROAD ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION, WAGONER COUNTY . This work will be done under the current ODOT Standard Specifications. Steel or iron products shall comply with Buy America requirements. The successful bidder must prove compliance with the Davis-Bacon Wage Act. Questions on the Bid Documents from general contractors and sub-contractors must be submitted in writing and will be answered by written addendum. Questions from product suppliers or equipment suppliers will only be considered through general contractors or sub-contractors. All bids will remain with the Owner or Engineer at least forty-eight hours thereafter, before a contract will be made and entered into thereon. The bid is submitted as a legal offer and any bid when accepted by the County constitutes a firm price. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Upon award of contract to a successful bidder, the contract will be completely and correctly executed by the Contractor and returned to the Owner within ten (10) calendar days from the date of award. The Owner will have twenty-one (14) working days from the date of award to complete its execution of the contract. Wagoner County hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business programs will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, religion or national origin in consideration for an award. Wagoner County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
