Renovation of an educational facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Provide construction services in relation to the Shepard Hall Roof Replacement and Facade Repairs. Work includes complete replacement of several slate and flat roofs, miscellaneous facade repairs, including repair and replacement of GFRC elements, roof drains, and other work shown on the contract documents plus associated asbestos abatement. Contractor must demonstrate experience with slate roof and historic facade restoration work. Work will be taking place in the occupied building and busy campus with limited storage space. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Project estimate is in the range between $11.5M and $12.5M and the anticipated construction period will commence in 2026
