Site work and renovation of a civil project in Englewood, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of the construction of approximately 850 linear feet of 2-inch PVC waterline; 3,360 linear feet of 3-inch PVC waterline; gate valves; connections to existing system; water service connection; meters; well site improvements; chlorination building improvements; and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Alternates will consist of additional waterline, water service connections, hydrants, gate valves, connections to existing systems, standby generator, as well as other incidental and appurtenant work. Complete sets of Bidding Documents must be used in preparing Bids; neither Owner nor Engineer assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents.
