Renovation of a residential development in Southbridge, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Southbridge Economic Development and Planning Office is requesting quotes for completion of work Scope of Work A. Clean, prime and paint the exterior of 208-212 Hamilton St--also known as the Flatiron Building inclusive of the foundation, exterior walls, trim, and soffit using colors selected by the property owner and approved by the Economic Development and Planning Office B. Installation of cassette awnings-using colors selected by the property owner and approved by the Economic Development and Planning Office-in painted casement to match facade The Contractor is responsible for securing all necessary permits. Funding for this work is through federal and state sources. Federal and State Prevailing Wage requirements apply--whichever is higher. OSHA-10 Cards required. A quote over $25,000 will require a 50% Payment Bond. Contracts will be between the Property Owner and the Contractor(s). The Property Owner reserves the right to hire separate contractors for parts A-F and to reject any and all quotes. We ask that your quote be honored for 45 days from the quote opening date. Copies of valid MA licenses required to complete any work are required. Contractors may call 508-764-5402 with questions and are encouraged to do so. All quotes will be reviewed for accuracy and quote responsibility; only the lowest responsible quote will be awarded a contract.
