Site work for a road / highway in Manchester, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Town of Manchester is seeking proposals for creating a wayfinding system for the historic Cheney Rail Trail which runs north to south through the center of Manchester. The purpose is to provide awareness to points of interest along the trail which will provide connection to other areas off trail such as: business districts, park areas, etc.... Work with client to create final directional list, map creation, design layouts and proofs. Create drawings for permitting and submit permits. As needed, work with the Town of Manchester to mark all underground electrical, plumbing, etc... before exact sign placement is determined. Vendor required to perform survey, fabrication, removal, delivery and installation. Historical Wayfinding design specification sheet is attached. The question deadline has been extended to November 15, 2024 at 5:00 pm.
