The Village of Tupper Lake is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to prepare designs and manage construction to advance the Village's Downtown Revitalization Initiative Strategic Investment Plan and Local Waterfront Revitalization Program Park Master Plan. Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Village of Tupper Lake seeks to identify firms or a team of firms with the interest, expertise, and capacity to assist the Village with these transformational projects. This work is being funded by the New York State Department of State under the Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) and Title 11 of the Environmental Protection Fund. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Contract term: 3 years County(ies): Franklin Location: Cliff Avenue and Waterfront Park, Village of Tupper Lake Note: C1002643 has a total of $216,000 allocated for these contractual design services and a total of $267,500 allocated for contractual construction of the pier.
