The City of Loveland (City) is a community of roughly 77,000 residents located along the Front Range of Northern Colorado. In 2019, the City began construction of a municipal owned fiber to the premise (FTTP) broadband network to provide its residents and businesses with the option of reliable high speed fiber optic internet service. The City is now looking to expand its network boundaries to serve residents and communities outside of its city boundaries throughout Larimer County. Pulse, the City of Loveland's fiber utility, has been awarded funding from the Capital Projects Fund to expand broadband service outside of the City of Loveland municipal boundaries into the Hidden Valley HOA which serves approximately 26 homes along Hidden Valley Dr in Loveland, CO.
