Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project No: 35-22014.01, 10-22000.00 SCOPE OF WORK: ORG 008 - Justin F. Kimball HS Renovation - Project consists of the following: Light to heavy renovations throughout the existing facility. These renovations include, but are not limited to, improvements in the academic, athletic, and fine arts areas, along with significant enhancements to the building infrastructure. The major scope items are listed below: 1. Renovation of existing classrooms, hallways, stairs, media center, and cafeteria. 2. Auditorium Renovations 3. New Culinary Art's Classroom & Kitchen 4. New Dance Room & Support Spaces 5. Band Hall Updates including new instrument/uniform storage and new prefab practice rooms 6. Removal & Replacement of Existing Roof 7. New Interior & Exterior Lighting 8. Mechanical system upgrades and HVAC distribution system replacement 9. Grease water piping system upgrades 10. Rework and expansion of existing fire protection systems 11. Fire Alarm System Upgrades BUDGET: Total Estimated Construction Budget (CCL + Allowances) for CSP 207579 $32,621,351.36 No further information will be officially released until after the date the Agenda is publicized for the Board of Trustees briefing.
