Town of Billerica, MA (Owner) invites Bidders to submit sealed Bids for Rangeway Road Sewer, which includes: construction of approximately 2,100 linear feet of gravity sewer main, 1,200 linear feet of low pressure sewer main, installation of one sewer pumping station, trench paving of impacted roadways; and all materials and equipment, construction, and services inherent to the Work. The Work shall be substantially complete within 470 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time and completed and ready for final payment within 515 calendar days from the commencement of Contract Time. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
