Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Slidell, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work specififed in this project will require the contractor to provide labor, equipment, and materials necessary to improve the roadway surface by milling and overlaying approximately 7,000 feet of asphaltic concrete. Approximately, 500 feet of Old River Rd will be raised to a minimum elevation of 6.97 feet, with the installation of (1) 48-foot stretch of concrete pipe and roadway striping for the whole road, as specified along Old River Rd (R08N033) Section 17, 39, 9 Township 9S Range 15E, as required in drawings. For the following project: Bid # 24-64-2 - Old River Rd Each paper bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside of the envelope shall show the Name and Address of the Bidder, the State Contractor's License Number of the Bidder (if the work is estimated at $50k or more), the Bid Name and the Bid Number.
