The Board of Blaine County Commissioners is accepting bids for the following items: Asphalt Materials Road Rock Materials Corrugated Polypropylene Pipe (Gray) Culvert Pipe Steel Pipe Bridge Materials Tanker Cars for Bridges Grader Blades Concrete Roadside Spraying Machinery Lease With & Without Operator Labor & Equipment Per Pallet Ballot Printing For a period of time beginning January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025 Bidders must have the AfAdavit on the reverse side of the Invitation to Bid form signed and notarized. It must be returned with the bid. The only forms to be accepted will be the forms supplied by the County Clerk. Purchases by Blaine County are not subject to State and Federal Taxes. If freight is not included, bids must state "FOB Blaine County" or "FOB Plant". No bond or letter of credit is required by the Board this period. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. In case of a non-Arm bid, the Board will use their discretion. Orders placed from the six (6) month bids will be accepted or rejected at the time of placing, for immediate delivery, or within thirty (30) days.
