Renovation of an educational facility in Bartonville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of but not limited to a roofrecovery of an existing built up asphalt roofwith a single ply membrane roofwith associated accessories, flashing, and trims. Limited mechanical and electrical work for rooftop equipment, exhaust fans, and penetrations is expected to facilitate roofrecovery. Every bid shall consist of two (2) fully completed copies of the Bid Form Documents and shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee consisting of bid bond, certified check or cashier's check made payable to LIMESTONE COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL CHSD 310, in amount office percent of total bid amount. Failure of bidder to submit an acceptable bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in amount to cover proposals bid upon is cause for rejection off this bid. Successful bidder will be required to provide Surety Performance Bond and separate Labor and Material Payment bond, each in amount equal to 100% of contract price, within 10 days after prescribed forms are presented for signature. Surety on bonds shall be a duly authorized company acceptable to Owner. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids when in the opinion of the Owner, such action will service the best interest of the Owner. Document Notes: A deposit is required for printed sets made payable to Keach Architectural Design, Inc., or CIB-AGC Document Request/Security Cards. Deposits will be returned to bidders who return all the complete sets ofBidding Documents in good condition to The Wassi Group within 10 days after date of opening of bids. Upon registration bidders may receive a digital set ofbid documents.
