The scope of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of but not limited to a roofrecovery of an existing built up asphalt roofwith a single ply membrane roofwith associated accessories, flashing, and trims. Limited mechanical and electrical work for rooftop equipment, exhaust fans, and penetrations is expected to facilitate roofrecovery. Every bid shall consist of two (2) fully completed copies of the Bid Form Documents and shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee consisting of bid bond, certified check or cashier's check made payable to LIMESTONE COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL CHSD 310, in amount office percent of total bid amount. Deposits will be returned to bidders who return all the complete sets ofBidding Documents in good condition to The Wassi Group within 10 days after date of opening of bids.
