Site work for a water / sewer project in Flora, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of January 10, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Item 1. Manholes Item 2. Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation Item 3. Clean and Install Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) 8" Item 4. Reinstate Sewer Laterals Item 5. Removal and Replacement of 12" PVC Sanitary Sewer Item 6. Etc. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of City of Flora, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The City of Flora reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Flora for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding ofthe Contract.
