Main Street, Lombard, Illinois 60148, Glen bard West High School, 670 Crescent Boulevard, Glen Ellyn, Illinois 60137, and Glen bard North High School, 990 Kuhn Road, Carol Stream, Illinois 60188 Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guar an tee in the form of a Bid Bond from a company with an A-1best rating, in the amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid No bid shall be with drawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid opening date with out the consent of the Owner. Checks or drafts of unsuccessful bidders will be returned as soon as possible as practicable after opening and checking the bids. Success fulbidder must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any in for mal i ties in bidding
