Pima County is Seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ ) for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR ) to Provide Design/plan Phase Assistance, and Complete Construction Services as the CMAR for the Canoa Ranch Sewer Extension (3craex) Project Located in Southern Pima County Near Green Valley, Arizona. This project is being developed after a need for a new sewer collector line, approximately 1.3 miles in length, was identified. Project starts at the Southbound I-19 Frontage Road Rest Stop and continues North to the Canoa Ranch Exit (Exit 56) and will terminate at the point of connection to sewer line or manhole. The work will be within the Arizona Department of Transportation's (ADOT) Right-of-Way and includes underground installation of underground sewer facilities. Licensing: All Respondents Must Hold a Valid License of the Type Required Issued by the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors and Maintain Same Throughout the Duration of the Contract Term.
