**Per Addendum 3 the bid date has been extended from 12/05/24 to 12/12/24** This proposed project is for the renovation and addition to the existing high school. This work shall address: existing non-compliant life safety building codes, KDE safety regulations and/or ADA regulations: select programming requirements as necessitated by district need; and existing systems and materials which are no longer suitable due to having exceeded their life expectancy. More specifically work shall include improving/replacing exist. exterior walls; storm water infrastructure; exterior walks/curbs/railing; signage; site lighting; P.E locker room areas (comprehensively); Elevator and vertical lift equipment. Also included shall be new construction in the form of an approximate 47,000sf addition onto the existing facility as required to facilitate the needs for auxiliary activities along with alternative teaching and district information technology maintenance and storage.
