The County plans to enter a contract with a multi-disciplinary design team to complete the following scope of work: Site Inventory & Assessment; Demolition Plan; Conceptual Site Layout options with presentation to Commissioners; Project Permitting; Construction Plans (grading, stormwater management, sanitary, MEP, architectural, civil, landscape, E&S control plans, etc.); Project Bidding; and Construction Oversight. Project Location Merli-Sarnoski Park 286 Sandy Banks Road Greenfield Township, PA 18407 The County of Lackawanna plans to fully remove and replace the existing restroom, lifeguard station, and changing facilities along the lakefront at Merli-Sarnoski Park in Fell Township. The following Request for Proposals / Qualifications (RFP/RFQ) details Lackawanna County’s desire to engage a multi-disciplinary professional design team to complete design/development plans and permitting for new lakeside facilities at Merli-Sarnoski Park.
