Site work and new construction of a civil project in St George, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the construction of two new potable water booster pump stations with a pumping capacity of 4,500 gallons per minutes each, a new 100,000 gallon reinforced concrete storage tanks, a below-grade flow control valve vault, and a number of associated site improvements. Contractors bidding on this project must have experience in the construction of potable water storage tanks and potable water booster pump stations. The Supplemental General Conditions of the contract specify the minimum experience requirements for bidders. Bidders that do not meet these requirements or that do not submit the required information pertaining to previous experience will be considered non-responsive.
