Proposals shall include a 7.5% Owner's Contingency Allowance based on Proposer's costs proposal on a separate line item on the Proposal form. Business Equity information may be submitted with the Proposal. Failure to submit the required business equity documentation will result in the Proposal being considered Non-Responsive.
