Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pembroke, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
For the main electrical service replacement at the Pembroke Memorial Centre (PMC) located at 393 Pembroke Street West, including the removal of the existing interior vault transformers, installation of new exterior pad mount transformer, partial parking lot restoration, primary and secondary duct banks, new service entrance equipment and power distribution system upgrade/modifications. Complete tender documents may be obtained digitally from Jp2g Consultants Inc., on a payment of non-refundable cost of $25.00 per set by emailing their office as noted below, after 8:30 a.m. on Thursday March 5th, 2026. Cheques should be made payable to Jp2g Consultants Inc. and sent to their Pembroke office by mail. Upon receipt of payment, an email will be returned with the link and password where the documents, drawings and any future addenda may be retrieved. All questions relating to this tender request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00pm (noon) local time on Thursday March 19th, 2026. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted.
