The City of Tomball, Harris County, Texas is soliciting proposals for the "Alley Improvement Project - Amenity Package" as more fully set out in the Scope of Work, Construction Documents, Specific Conditions, Specifications, and Selection Criteria sections of this Competitive Sealed Proposal. During the period between the Request for Proposal, submission date, and the contract award, respondents including their agents and/or representatives/owners, shall not directly or indirectly promote their proposal or bid to any member of the Tomball City Council or City staff except in the course of City-sponsored inquires, briefings, interviews, and/or presentations requests. Violation of this provision may result in the rejection of the respondent's Proposal submittal. The City of Tomball reserves the right to accept or to reject any and all proposals deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities during the selection process.
