Standard Specifications For Public Works Construction (Fifth Edition Including All Current Amendments), As Published By The North Central Texas Council Of Governments (Nctcog), Also Comprise A Part Of The Contract Documents For This Project And May Be Purchased At The Offices Of Nctcog In Arlington, Texas. The Town Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids And Waive Any Or All Irregularities. Furnishing All Labor, Materials And Equipment, And Performing All Work Required. The improvements under this contract include the following approximate quantities: 1,100 L.F. of 54" Reinforced Concrete Pipe 400 L.F. of 6'x5' Reinforced Concrete Box With Curb Inlets and Storm Drain Manholes LOCATION OF PROJECT The location of this project is along Inverness Dr, Hillcrest Ct and Indian Creek Dr in the Town of Trophy Club. A location map is included in the plans. A Bid Security Is Required In Accordance With The Special Instructions To Bidders. No Bid May Be Withdrawn Until The Expiration Of Ninety (90) Days From The Date Bids Are Opened.
