General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - FOB Destination - Insurance Required Question Deadline 11/21/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Maintenance Bond 25 % - Surety Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 25 % -- A certified check, or a Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Sterling Heights, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the receipt of bids. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment, and maintenance & guarantee bonds and insurance certificates *The City of Sterling Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding.
