The current down escalator at the west side of the building must be left in place until the east is replaced with stairs. Once the stairs are in place, the west escalator can be removed. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds in the amount of 100% of the project. No bids may be withdrawn after the above date and time for receiving bids for a period of sixty (60) calendar days. The City reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive any irregularities in the proposals.
