All Bidders for this project are required to comply with all aspects of the Public Competitive Bidding Act and to meet all qualification requirements as established in the bid documents. Furthermore, each Bidder may not withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening of bids. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the abovementioned location following closing time stated above. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Upon receipt of an acceptable bid, the contract will be awarded within thirty (30) days after the opening of bids and the written contract executed within ten (10) days thereafter. The district reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids. The purpose of this bid is to provide all labor, material, equipment and subcontractors to replace one (1) complete "split" HVAC system (furnace/condenser/evaporator), and six (6) rooftop gas package units at Oliver Middle School, 3100 W New Orleans, Broken Arrow, OK 74011. The equipment shall be Lennox equipment or Trane equivalent. Please see included Lennox submittal sheets. Oliver Middle School has a building automation system that controls the HVAC equipment. Panco Automation shall assist with the removal and reinstallation of these controls. The cost of their services shall be included in the price of the project. Work can begin on June 2nd and should be completed by June 20th. The expectation is that the equipment shall be ordered as soon as the project is awarded to the winning contractor. This is to ensure that the equipment will be ready to be installed in June. If the equipment arrives early, the contractor will be responsible for storing the equipment until the project begins.
