Bellevue Big Picture School Modernization Start Construction: March 17th, 2025 Substantial Completion: July 17th, 2026 Description of Work: Construction of a 42,000 square foot addition and 60,000 square foot renovation of an existing elementary school to accommodate a new middle school and high school program. Project includes selective demolition of existing structures on site, site circulation and landscape improvements, underground utilities and off-site street improvements. The campus will not be occupied during construction. The estimate of pobable costs for construction is $42.7 million.
