The City of Plano is soliciting sewer improvements with multiple locations throughout the City including the Frito-Lay campus, Tennyson and the Dallas North Tollway, Abbott office building yard, Waters Edge Apts., Pittman Creek near Bandolino Ln, Evans Park, Big Lake Park near Country PL, West Rowlett Creek along Laurel Ln and Shawnee Park. Include a bid bond or a bid guarantee in the form of a cashier's check or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price. This is a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute the performance bond and the payment bond on the forms provided in this solicitation. Checks shall be issued by a national or state bank and the bid bond shall be from a reliable surety company.
