sealed bids will be received by the City of Burlington, Burlington County, New Jersey, for the 2025 Supply and Delivery of Various Chemicals for Water and Wastewater Treatment . Bids received after the designated time shall be deemed unresponsive and shall not be opened. The Project generally includes: providing liquid sodium hypochlorite, liquid sodium hydroxide, potassium permanganate, powdered activated carbon, liquid sodium bisulfite, hydrated lime, and sludge polymer on a regular and as-needed basis to the City's Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants located at 601 E. Pearl Street, Burlington, NJ 08016 and 900 W. Broad Street, Burlington, NJ 08016, respectively. Bidders may bid on any individual or all chemicals noted. The Bid includes the supply of chemicals for 2025. Checks should be made payable to Environmental Resolutions, Inc. The payment for such documents is non-refundable. If the bidder requires the documents to be mailed to them, there is an additional Fifteen Dollars and Zero Cents ($15.00) fee for postage. Bids must be made on the standard Bid form contained within the specifications and contract documents, in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Further, bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the Project title on the outside, and addressed to: Municipal Clerk, City Hall, 525 High Street, Burlington, New Jersey 08016. Each bid must be accompanied by (i) all documents listed on the Bid Document Submission Checklist, as applicable, and (ii) a bid guarantee in an amount not less than Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid price as established in the Bid, not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($20,000.00). The bid guarantee must be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, must be drawn to the order of City of Burlington, New Jersey and must be delivered simultaneous with the sealed bid. Please submit your Letter of Federal Approval or your New Jersey Certificate of Employee Information Report with this bid. If you do not have either document, you will be required to complete and submit Affirmative Action Employee Information Report (AA302). Form AA302 is available from the City of Burlington.
