As of November 19, 2024 project was awarded to Kokes Construction LLC, but awarded amount is not available. The project is referred to as "Taylor Southeast, C-58(46)" and shall include all labor, materials, transportation and equipment required to furnish and install: C-58(46) - triple 84" x 70' corrugated metal pipes on a 10-degree skew (rhb), with steel headwalls attached and wingwalls Furnishing and installation of corrugated metal pipes with steel headwalls attached, wingwalls and other related incidental work at one site in Loup County, Nebraska. The project site is located: C-58(46) - on 823rd Road between 458th Avenue and 459th Avenue in Loup County, Nebraska. Along with its Bid Proposal, each bidder shall submit an unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the County Treasurer of Loup County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Bid Proposal. The desired completion date for the project is May 1, 2025. The successful bidder (i.e. Contractor) will be allowed forty (40) calendar days for completion of the project after beginning work at the site, provided they do not exceed their specified completion date. Additional days due to weather may be granted at the discretion of the Engineer. Within ten (10) days following the award of the Contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a surety bond or bonds in an amount equal to or greater than the full amount of the contract. The surety and form of the bonds are subject to acceptance by the Loup County Board of Commissioners The Loup County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids received. Award of the Contract will be in accordance with the County Purchasing Act's competitive bidding considerations as set forth in Neb.Rev.Stat.
