Castro Human Services building is needing accessible parking spots relocated closer to the parking garage vestibule where existing spots need the structural deck topping removed and a new topping layer added. Landscaping updates with a swale relocation, a curb ramp added for access to their upper plaza area, auto door button relocation, and minor exterior garage painting.
