Site work for a civil project in Montpelier, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of approximately 315 LF of 36- inch directionally drilled steel casing lined storm sewer main, 182 LF of 15-inch HDPE Storm Sewer and approximately 35 LF of 30-inch HDPE Storm Sewer. The construction of a Vortech(R) Hydrodynamic Swirler, jellyfish treatment structure, 7 drop inlets / manholes, and a new stormwater outfall to the North Branch of the Winooski River and all other work necessary to complete the project. Printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office at a cost of $100 per set, shipping is included. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Upon request, Bidding Documents in PDF format will be provided to prospective Bidders who have purchased printed Bid Document. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer at zblodgett@montpelier-vt.org by 5:00 PM local time on November 22nd, 2024 This project is funded in part through the Vermont Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund and ARPA. Consequently, the following provisions apply to this WORK (more detail for each of these provisions can be found in Instruction to Bidders & the appendices): 1. Bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders 2. Federal Wages as determined under the Davis-Bacon Act 3. Performance BOND and Payment BOND each in the amount of 100% of the contract price 4.
