Site work and paving for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
HPW - New Front Easement Reconnections Estimate: $ 3,000,000 Scope Work shall include the relocation of sewer services for approximately 400 properties (over two years) throughout the City. The relocation includes the abandonment of the sewer service to the back lot main, and the installation of a new sewer service to the front lot main. Work may include tapping the main and installing a cleanout at the property line. The private sanitary sewers services primarily range in size from 4 to 8 inches in diameter. The Contractor is responsible for installing new service connections and related appurtenances in accordance with the current City of Houston Plumbing Code (latest version). Restoration may include milling, asphalt overlay, and ancillary work to remove and restore surface features disturbed as a result of the work. The work items shall be as per Document 00410B - Bid Form, Part B of this Project Manual.
