OHR - Door Hardware Replacement with New Salto locks A. The hardware supplier shall supply and install to the project all items of architectural finishing hardware specified herein. Scope of work includes the removal, partial turnover of existing hardware to owner, disposal of remaining existing hardware, the preparation of frames and/or doors for new hardware, installation of hardware power supplies and Integration Modules (IM), low voltage wire, wire mold and terminations of door hardware components to the IM. B. The hardware supplier shall take on the responsibility of the door supplier, and supply, deliver, handle, move and install all doors listed in the finish hardware schedule. The hardware supplier shall site measure all doors and frames, and submit formal shop drawings for review by the owner. Disposal of all existing doors is also the responsibility of the hardware supplier. C. The hardware supplier will be required to provide the Owner with electronic copies of riser and schematic wiring diagrams for all electrical hardware opening systems. Provide written Descriptions of Operation (DOO) for each electrified door opening for approval. Include all as- built versions of all drawings and DOO in project close out documents. D. The hardware supplier shall meet with the Owner, subcontractors, and owner's representatives to instruct and coordinate the supply and installation of all electric hardware components. E. The successful bidder shall take on full responsibility of project, ensuring that all hardware is functional and working as intended by owner. The successful bidder shall include all hardware components and labour to complete the project, including, but not limited to the products listed in the finish hardware schedule.
