Notice of Proposed Procurement. Without Being Limited to, the work, includes: - Providing the complete mobilization required to complete the work (crane, mobile crane, containers, protection, flagmen, waste containers, etc.).Removal of existing roof components down to the existing concrete decking with patching cleanup work of the latter to provide a sound and level support surface prior to installation of the vapour barrier. - Removal of all existing metal flashings and counterflashing at parapets, fixture bases and wall upstands. - Selective demolition work at the head and base of walls where required, in order to carry out the repair work and its junctions with existing construction elements (roofs, wall upstands). - Installation of a new white, two-ply elastomeric roof membrane with new roof drains, including all sealing and flashing work required to complete the work. All work will be guaranteed by the contractor in conjunction with the membrane manufacturer for a period of fifteen (15) years, including all roofing components supplied and installed (materials & labour). - Preparatory work and complete installation of a fall arrest system (anchors + lifelines). - Installation of new ladders. - Waterproofing work (repair, patching, refurbishment) at junctions with existing construction elements (roofing, wall upstands): sealing work, membranes and membrane and metal flashing. - All dismantling and temporary support work, storage, reconnection of existing equipment in areas affected by the work, and its reinstallation following the work. - Coordination of various trades and contractors (roofers, glaziers, etc.). - Repair and patching of any damage incurred during the project, using new materials that are compatible or identical to the existing ones. - All necessary work in areas not included in the project, but affected by related work. - Safe deployment and operation of the worksite.
