DFCM Construction-Pre-Qualified Mechanical-JJS Millcreek YC HVAC and Controls Upgrade . Project Description: The scope of work is to replace 6 existing rooftop units, 22 VAV boxes with control valves, and new building automation controls for the Millcreek Youth Center main building and south housing units and replace the fridge/freezer cooling unit. The new building automation system shall include the rooftop units, boiler, chiller, cooling tower, pumps, rooftop units, general exhaust fans, multi zone air handlers in the housing units, VAV air handler, and VAV boxes. Construction Cost Estimate: $555,000.00 Question Deadline 11/15/2024 at 3:00 PM MT online submission.
